After a unit is purchased the entire unit contents must be removed from the unit and the storage property the day of the auction. This includes all unwanted items. We do NOT provide any means for disposal of trash.

Payments for auction contents may be made in Cash, Credit or Debit Card. No Checks. Payments made by Debit or Credit Card will incur an additional 3% service fee on the total price paid including sales tax to cover our processing fees.
Notification of future auctions are made by Legal Notice in the Bristol Hearld Courier. We also have an e-mail notification procedure whereas you will be notified of an upcoming auction approximately one week prior to the auction. Please stop by the office, call 276-591-1255 or email email@example.com to be placed on the email list.
Each auction is conducted in pursuant of the Virginia Self Storage Act.
All participants will be allowed to view the contents of a unit prior to the auction. No one is allowed inside the unit. After viewing please move aside to allow others to view the contents. Bidding will begin as soon as all participants have had an opportunity to view contents.

The unit may be available for short term rental if needed. Please contact management with your request.
An inventory of unit contents will be included with your paperwork. We also photograph the entire contents prior to removal by the buyer.
Buyers who are NOT ELIGIBLE to sign a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate will be required to pay the 5% Virginia Sales Tax on the final bid amount.
Buyers who purchase FOR RESALE are required to sign a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and are not required to pay the 5% Virginia Sales Tax on the final bid amount.
